Our MOQ is 20 units per style (can mix sizes/colors within a style). For first-time orders, we can discuss a smaller trial order.

Do you offer dropshipping?  
Yes, for select partners. Dropshipping is available for established retailers with a proven sales track record. An additional 5% handling fee applies.

Can I get exclusive rights to a region?  
Regional exclusivity is available for Growth and Partner tier distributors, subject to performance commitments. We typically require a minimum annual purchase commitment.

Do you provide product images for my store?  
Yes. All wholesale orders include a comprehensive product imagery pack (hero shots, lifestyle images, detail shots, and infographics) at no additional cost.

What are your payment terms for wholesale?

  • First order: 50% deposit, 50% on shipment
  • Subsequent orders: Net 30 terms for partners in good standing
  • Payment methods: Bank transfer (wire), PayPal, or trade finance

Can you customize products for my brand?  
Yes. We offer:

Do you ship internationally? 
Yes. We currently ship wholesale orders to Europe and South America. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
